Hemphill Foundation, Inc. (formerly ComServ Foundation, Inc.) is an IRS 501 (c) (3) nonprofit agency organized to solicit donations, grants, and other funds to support persons with handicaps.
The foundation has purchased prosthetic devices, communications equipment, playground equipment, two greenhouses (one for employment, one for hobbies for older consumers). Donations of over $750,000 have been received from several foundations, Knights of Columbus and private donors.
The foundation has also assisted in the purchase of homes and facilities for use by people who received services from Comserv Inc.
