The ComServ Foundation founded by Wayne Williams.
Founded in 1991, the ComServ Foundation seeks to enhance the lives of persons with disabilities, and the employees of ComServ who support those individualsin their care. The "Foundation" will search for opportunities to provide resources, and bridge funding gaps to assist with unmet programming, financial and/or individual requests.
